Week 1 – Foundations
Read the MEK Engineering Fundamentals oral page and the GAK basics. Attempt MEK Set 1 and GAK Set 1 and review every error.
Week 2 – Machinery and ship knowledge
Work through the MEK Machinery oral page. Attempt MEK Set 2 and GAK Set 2 and 3.
Week 3 – Safety and emergencies
Read the MEK Safety page and the Safety Fundamentals guide. Attempt MEK Set 3 and GAK Sets 4 and 5.
Week 4 – Revision
Re-attempt sets where you scored lowest. Use Revision mode on oral pages. Attempt the remaining sets.

- Study in short blocks with breaks.
- Keep a list of terms you keep forgetting.
